The objective of our study was the characterization of the natural history of WHIM syndrome
and the definition of the diagnostic criteria for timely identification of patients with incomplete
manifestations of the disease by means of retrospective analysis of patients referred for
neutropenia to our center. Although a positive family history might facilitate the diagnosis of
